Sausalito Bakery & Cafe Reviews

Wife and I were in town for a short visit. Managed to visit here twice for lunch. Enjoy the hot chicken with salad excellent red wine vinaigrette, vegetables, very fresh good quantity, my wife particularly enjoyed the fresh tuna served with fresh vegetables, which she enjoyed would recommend highly

We arrived ten minutes before closing hoping to snag a sweet bite before dinner and surprisingly, there were still patrons seated indoors and outdoors. There weren't too many pastry options left, but what caught my eye was the blueberry banana bread pudding which was SO good! It was soft, sort of custard-like, melded in with fresh bananas and blueberries on top. I need their recipe! I also tried the brownie, which was a bit rich for me and obviously after eating the bread pudding, could not be topped. Hope to try their other pastries in the near future!

Very nice cafe with outdoor seating. Reasonably priced and good baked goods. Really enjoyed the banana and blueberry bread budding and the lemon and blueberry scone. Chef is so nice!

Fell in love in this little cozy bakery and cafe with a variety of pastries and cookies! The sandwich menu looked amazing too. Just got off from the ferry and decided to have a quick but comfortable pastry and coffee. The Blueberry Strudel was delicious and the regular coffee and cappuccino were lovely as well. Pleasant atmosphere and service!

The commute to this bakery was a challenge but also entertaining for anyone who is out of town. This was the best Blue Berry Scone I have ever tasted. I would make this trip by boat, car, or aerial if you put your mind to it. The view and architecture is worth the visit.

Hands down the BEST bread pudding I've ever had! The apple streusel pastry crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The poached prawn salad was simply delicious. Finally, the All Star is Barebra. She provided excellent customer service. It was my first visit, and I had many questions. She was patient and made excellent suggestions. I will be frequent visitor. Thanks for the great food and hospitality.

A cute cafe and bakery in Sausalito! This was such a great spot to grab some bites and sips for us going from the city to Napa with a quick stop in Sausalito. This place is straight out of a storybook. From the picturesque views in front of the water and seating outside to the quaint and intimate setting inside, everything about our experience here gave us that feel good start to an adventurous day. We all got a quick bite for breakfast and even got some snacks and a light lunch for our trip to Muir Woods. The food was pretty good but nothing too noteworthy. Overall, such a great lil spot to grab a bite and relax for breakfast or lunch.

We stumbled upon the Bakery & Cafe while walking along the waterfront. The day was rather cool and wet - so this proved a great spot to wait out the drizzle. We came in and were welcomed, obvious tourists, and given a booth table for the four. Service was efficient although the waitress missed a cup of herbal tea. But happily rectified. The pastries and coffee was good. There seemed to be a fair number of locals so they're doing something right. Pleasant spot to visit for a food memory.
